Sophie Turner clapped back at online trolls with a fiery response that had fans cheering. The drama kicked off after Turner posted a carousel of photos on Instagram from a fun night out with friends at an Oasis concert.
The pictures sparked comments about her parenting as trolls targeted Turner and questioned her decision to have a girls’ night when she’s also a mother of two little girls.
“Lmfao, I think she has forgotten that she has two kids,” while another sneered, “Who is taking care of this woman’s children?”
Beloved for playing Sansa Stark in Game of Thrones, Turner didn’t let the comments slide:
“Ah I’m so sorry sometimes I forget some people can’t think for themselves. So… get this… there’s this crazy thing called shared custody. Maybe, just maybe, they were with their dad that day.” wrote Turner.

Turner has spoken openly about life as a single parent and the constant wave of mom-shaming she faces. In an interview with The Times of London, she discussed the shame associated with motherhood. “If you go to work, people shame you. If you don’t go to work, they shame you.”
Turner and Jonas currently share custody of their daughters, Willa, 4, and Delphine, 2, a mutual agreement they reached in 2023.
