Male exotic dancer Sharay Hayes, known as “The Punisher,” testified about being hired multiple times between 2011 and 2012 to perform sexual acts with Cassie Ventura while Diddy observed and directed the encounters. Recent testimonies in the ongoing federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs have shed light on alleged abuse and coercion involving his former partner, Cassie Ventura.
Sharay Hayes described the sessions as involving specific instructions from Diddy, including lighting, positioning, and the use of baby oil.
“Some of the directions at times were very specific in terms of ‘move the candle, move the candle again, position your body, position your body again,'” Hayes testified.
Hayes told the court that at some point during the encounter, Diddy would instruct him to finish. “Finishing is me having an orgasm,” Hayes testified. He was paid between $1,200 and $2,000 for each encounter.
More Testimonies
Cassie’s mother, Regina Ventura, testified that in 2011, Diddy demanded $20,000. He also threatened to release explicit videos of Cassie after discovering her relationship with rapper Kid Cudi. Regina and her husband secured a home equity loan to pay Diddy. The funds were returned days later without explanation.
Diddy’s former personal assistant, David James, also provided testimony. He alleged that Diddy once armed himself with three guns to confront Death Row Records executive Suge Knight. James recounted being tasked with preparing hotel rooms with drugs and sexual paraphernalia. He also witnessed Diddy orchestrate explicit scenes involving escorts and Cassie.
Federal agents testified about items recovered during a raid of Diddy’s Miami mansion, including baby oil, lubricants, and disassembled firearms with scratched serial numbers.
Diddy, 55, has pleaded not guilty to charges including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. He remains in federal custody, with the trial continuing in Manhattan federal court.
