Bad Bunny shut down a major misconception ahead of his highly anticipated world tour. As rumors swirled that he might take a page from Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour playbook, the Latin superstar quickly dismissed the idea.
Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, aka Bad Bunny, prepares for his massive stadium tour and has made it clear that fans shouldn’t expect a career-spanning retrospective. In a recent interview with Variety, he clarified that his upcoming shows will not mirror the structure of Swift’s record-breaking tour.
“First of all, I’m not Taylor Swift,” he said. “I want to clarify now so that they don’t get so excited: It’s not going to be organized that way. It’s still very much a tour for Debí, with some older songs sprinkled in.”
Debí Tirar Más Fotos
Kicking off November 21 in the Dominican Republic, the Debí Tirar Más Fotos tour will spotlight his latest album of the same name. While fans might hope for a broader retrospective, Bad Bunny made it clear that this tour is about the present, not a look back.
Produced by Live Nation, the tour will take him across Latin America and Europe and mark his debut performances in Japan, Australia, and Brazil.
With 2.6 million tickets already sold, the tour is on track to make history, potentially establishing him as the first Spanish-language artist to headline stadiums in seven different countries.
Despite the tour’s global scale, Bad Bunny stays humble. “I like to perform like nobody there knows who I am,” he joked, recalling his surprise at booking two nights in Sweden.
Passionate about performing live, he remains focused on the music. “My job is to fu*king sing,” he said. “Even though it comes with its own set of sacrifices, it feels silly to complain about it.”
Conspicuously missing from Bad Bunny’s 2025–26 tour schedule is the United States. “It’s unnecessary,” he explained, noting that U.S. fans have had plenty of chances to see him live over the past six years.
