But because she was set to mark her debut in a podcast. ‘New Heights’ podcast which is hosted by her beloved boyfriend Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce. Such news was enough to keep fans buzzing as they eagerly waited for the episode to release on the 13th of August.
Now, after the episode of Taylor Swift of ‘New Heights’ podcast was live, Taylor has left fans in a new bubble of updates. In the episode, Swift talked about her childhood ambition that kept her going. She shared how she had to struggle to secure her own Masters.

It was during May, 2025 when she first revealed the moment of her reclaiming her her master recording on her social media handles. The same discussion sparked while she was in conversation with the Kelce brothers. Swift shared how she chose to get hold on her Masters right after her very successful Eras Tour.
Taylor sat with her team. They decided to visit Shamrock Capital, the private equity firm which bought the recordings from Scooter Braun’s Ithaca Holdings. She wanted to purchase the full rights. She shared, “Since I was a teenager, I’ve been saving up money to buy my music back.” Holding the hands of her boyfriend, she further recalled, “I thought about not owning my music every day … it was like an intrusive thought.”

To get the things sorted she also chose the best team possible. Taylor sent her mother and brother to negotiate the whole deal. And the mother-son duo made sure to accomplish their mission. After making Taylor secure her Masters, they immediately shared the good news with her over an overtly emotional phone call. “She was like, ‘You got your music,’ and I literally hit the floor…Bawling my eyes out, just weeping,” shared the Grammy-winning singer.
Following this win, Taylor Swift immediately went to Travis. And the proud boyfriend admitted how he too started “weeping” as he held Taylor in his arms. Securing her Masters Swift indeed fulfilled her teenage dreams. And now that her next album is awaiting its release on October, fans can’t wait witness the marvel of the singer yet again.
