OnlyFans star Annie Knight was hospitalized following a six-hour event on May 18, 2025, where she engaged in intimate acts with 583 men. The event, part of her goal to sleep with 1,000 men in 2025, led to health complications, including persistent bleeding, discomfort, and a minor injury.
Knight, who has endometriosis, believes her condition may have exacerbated her symptoms. Despite the challenges, she described the experience as more physically demanding than anticipated but ultimately achievable. Knight emphasized that the event was consensual and expressed gratitude for the support she received.
“I’m not doing very well, I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge,” Knight, who noted that she suffers from endometriosis. “It was definitely a bit raw down there and I did get a small cut.”
In a follow-up video clip posted to her story, she added with a touch of humour.

The 28-year-old OnlyFans content creator from Australia’s Gold Coast received 2,000 registrations for Sunday’s event where she requested that all participants wear condoms and was hoping 200 people would show up. Knight recalled being “absolutely stoked” when that number more than doubled.”
During an interview with Us Magazine, she noted that she doesn’t let the hate she receives for her sexual activity bother her.
“People seem to, like, get so uptight about it. At the end of the day, these men just want to have sex. God forbid, a man has sex. And I’m providing a service for free,” she said. “It really upsets me when I see people coming after the guys and being so mean about the guys that showed up, because I feel quite protective of them, and so when I see all these negative comments toward them, it really, like, upsets me.”
Knight assured fans of her recovery and hinted at future endeavors, continuing to push boundaries in her career.
