The trial against Sean “Diddy” Combs continues to reveal disturbing claims. The latest witness to testify was David James. He worked as Diddy’s personal assistant between 2007 and 2009. His testimony followed statements from Cassie Ventura, Kerry Morgan, Dawn Richard, and a Homeland Security agent.

James described his former duties. He helped with travel plans, logistics, and daily schedules. He said Combs had multiple girlfriends during this time. These included Kim Porter, Cassie, and three other women. James said he met Cassie on Star Island with Morgan. She allegedly called the lifestyle “crazy” and said she couldn’t leave because Combs controlled her music, finances, and living situation.

James claimed Combs once said Kim Porter was his “queen.” He also allegedly said he had Cassie “right where he wanted her” because she was young and easy to influence.

Kerry Morgan: Photos, Testimonies, and Abuse Allegations

In addition to the witness statements, the court reviewed new evidence. Two photo sets were submitted. One showed injuries Cassie allegedly received from Combs. The other showed Combs’ hotel room during his 2024 arrest. Items found included drugs, baby oil, and lubricant. Special agent Yasin Binda from Homeland Security testified about the hotel room search. His account supported claims of troubling behavior behind the scenes.

Kerry Morgan, Cassie’s former best friend, also testified on May 19. She took the stand after singer Dawn Richard. Morgan’s name had come up often during Cassie’s earlier four-day testimony. Cassie and Morgan’s friendship ended due to Combs’ alleged actions.

Morgan said Cassie was jealous of Kim Porter. She shared that Porter, who had three children with Combs, was favored. Cassie allegedly wasn’t allowed to attend high-profile events like New Year’s Eve parties. Porter died in 2018 from flu-like symptoms.

Morgan also accused Combs of assault. She said it happened while visiting Cassie. She claimed Combs choked her, left marks on her neck, and hit her with a wooden hanger. Moreover, she added Cassie was in the bathroom during the attack. Morgan said she later went to urgent care and was diagnosed with a concussion. She felt dizzy and vomited several times.

After the assault, Morgan said Combs paid her $30,000. She signed a non-disclosure agreement instead of pursuing a lawsuit. That was the last time she saw Cassie or spoke to Combs.

Combs is facing five federal charges, including sex trafficking and conspiracy. He has denied all wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty. More witnesses and evidence are expected as the trial continues.
