Vanessa Kirby revealed her baby bump during the CCXPMX Film Festival in Mexico City. Posing with co-stars Pedro Pascal, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach at the Fantastic Four: First Steps panel, the actress posed for pictures by gently placing her hand on her abdomen, revealing a visible baby bump through the fabric.
In the upcoming Marvel film, set for release on July 25, 2025, Kirby portrays Sue Storm, also known as the Invisible Woman, who is depicted as pregnant.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps sets its story against the backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world and introduces Marvel’s First Family – Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn), and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach).
They face the challenge of balancing their heroic duties with the strength of their family bond while defending Earth from Galactus (Ralph Ineson), a space god, and his mysterious Herald, the Silver Surfer (Julia Garner).
Who is Rabil and Kirby
The 37-year-old Kirby began dating Paul Rabil (39), a former professional lacrosse player, in 2022. The couple announced their engagement in December 2024.
Rabil hails from Maryland. His passion for sports eventually launched him into a professional career in both Major League Lacrosse (MLL) and the National Lacrosse League (NLL). He played at the collegiate level for Johns Hopkins University.
Rabil also co-founded Premier Lacrosse League and serves as its president. He also works as a partner at Rabil Ventures and founded Rabil Companies, expanding his role as a businessman beyond the field.
Rabil married fellow athlete Kelly Berger in 2014 and divorced her in 2017, while Kirby dated Dua Lipa’s now-fiancé, Callum Turner, from 2015 to 2020.
This real-life pregnancy mirrors Kirby’s Oscar-nominated role in Pieces of a Woman, where she portrayed an expectant mother.
