Police sources believe the attack targeted him directly. Gunmen fired multiple shots at his car, causing it to crash into a nearby building. Despite his injuries, he remained conscious and alert when first responders arrived. The incident occurred near the intersection of 8 Mile Road and Beech Daly in Redford Township, an area known for its challenges with violence.
