Khloé Kardashian is speaking candidly about her transformation over the years – and she’s not holding back. The 41-year-old reality star surprised fans by listing the cosmetic procedures she’s undergone, responding with honesty and confidence.
Her comments came after London-based doctor Jonny Betteridge posted a viral Instagram Reel. He was comparing Khloé’s recent appearance at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding to older photos.
The Kardashian clan had descended on Venice for the high-profile nuptials as Khloe, Kim, and Kris strutted through the city. The video speculated that she may have had a brow lift, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), rhinoplasty, a chin implant, and more.
Khloe Responds
Rather than ignore the speculation, Khloé responded directly under the post: “I take this as a great compliment! First off, I think these photos are about 15 years apart, but here’s a list of things that I have done.”
Khloé confirmed that she underwent a nose job performed by Dr. Raj Kanodia. She revealed that she underwent laser hair removal, including along her hairline, at Sev Laser Aesthetics. In addition, she received skin-tightening soft wave laser treatments at Software Therapy and got collagen threads placed under her chin and neck. She had Botox and Sculptra injections at 7Q Spa, where she also had a facial tumor removed in 2023.
She added that she’s used filler in the past, but hasn’t had any in years: “I hear it never goes away, so I’m sure it’s still there but calmed down.”
Khloé also credited her physical transformation to her fitness journey. She shared that she’s lost 80 pounds with the help of coach Joe Paris. Alongside workouts, she maintains a detailed skincare regimen involving salmon sp*rm facials, peptides, vitamins, and daily treatments.
Ending her comment on a confident note, Khloé said: “In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery, but when it’s time – and if I choose to – I know some great doctors 😉💞”
Her openness drew praise from fans who found her transparency refreshing and empowering. Once again, Khloé showed she’s not afraid to speak openly about her choices, and to own her evolution on her terms.
