Justin Bieber breaks silence on rumors suggesting he was a victim of Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently facing serious charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. In a statement released through his representatives, Bieber clarified that he was never sexually or otherwise abused by Diddy.
“Although Justin is not among Sean Combs’ victims, there are individuals who were genuinely harmed by him,” a spokesperson said. “Shifting focus away from this reality detracts from the justice these victims rightfully deserve,” they added.
Bieber began associating with Diddy during his teenage years, and they appeared together publicly on several occasions. Notably, a 2009 video resurfaced showing Diddy with 15-year-old Bieber outside the music mogul’s residence, where Diddy shows him a Lamborghini and tells him he can’t have it until he turns 16.
“Right now, he’s having 48 hours with Diddy,” Diddy tells the camera. “Where we hanging out and what we doing, we can’t really disclose. But it’s definitely a 15-year-old’s dream… We’re gonna go buck-full crazy.”
While such footage has fueled online speculation, sources close to Bieber have reiterated that their interactions were purely performative and that no abuse occurred.
Diddy Trial
Diddy is currently on trial in New York City after his arrest last September on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has denied all charges and has pleaded not guilty.
The proceedings have brought renewed scrutiny to his past relationships, including his connection with Bieber. However, Bieber’s team urges the public to focus on the legitimate allegations and the individuals who have come forward with credible claims, rather than engaging in conjecture that may hinder the legal process.
In the ongoing federal sex-trafficking trial, chief witness Casandra “Cassie” Ventura revealed details of the “freak off”, the drug-fueled sex parties orchestrated by Diddy that often lasted for days.
