Fans can’t stop talking about one detail about the engagement: Taylor Swift’s Engagement ring. Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce shared the news on Instagram with the caption, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”
They shared photos of Kelce’s garden proposal, where he dropped to one knee beneath a flower-covered arch. Among the images, they included a close-up of the ring, which Vogue described as a round brilliant-cut old mine diamond, bezel-set in yellow gold. Kelce reportedly designed the ring with Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry.

What does Taylor Swift’s engagement ring look like?
Jewelry specialists quickly weighed in, even though precise details remain private. Rich Goldberg of Safian & Rudolph Jewelers told The Independent that the ring looks “as classic and whimsical as the pop star herself,” before adding that the “design gives the ring a vintage look – timeless rather than trendy. A truly beautiful style, perfect for the life of a showgirl.”
Steven Singer of Steven Singer Jewelers also chimed in, noting that he had long predicted Swift would choose an elongated stone.
Is Taylor Swift’s ring worth $2 million?
Singer estimated, “It looks like 7.5 carats, set in an antique decorative reproduction with engravings and either 14k or 18k gold or rose gold. The value depends on the seller and retail markup, but likely ranges from $1.5 to $2 million. For us, it would be about $1 million.”
Other experts, including Laura Taylor of Lorel Diamonds and Nilesh Rakholia of Abelini, also valued the ring around $1 million, depending on its color, clarity, and cut.
The insider said the Kansas City Chiefs star proposed to Taylor “a couple weeks ago,” and both families have been privately celebrating the happy news.
