Blackpink fans can finally mark their calendars. After weeks of speculation, YG Entertainment has revealed that the group’s long-awaited album is on track to arrive no later than November. The confirmation came straight from the top.
Agency founder Yang Hyun Suk broke the news through YG’s YouTube channel. He admitted fans had been restless for updates and assured them that the project is moving forward. According to him, both Blackpink and their producers are “working very hard” to get the record finished.

He went further and set a timeline. “I’m hoping for Blackpink’s album to be out by November, at the latest,” Yang explained. He added that the agency would “do our best” to meet that goal. His promise now shifts anticipation into overdrive as Blinks worldwide wait for the next era.
The update follows a summer filled with momentum. In July, Blackpink dropped Jump, a Diplo-produced single that marked their first group release since members pursued solo ventures. That track reignited excitement for a comeback and reminded fans of the group’s global reach.

While anticipation builds, the group remains active on stage. Their Deadline World Tour recently brought them to London, where they performed back-to-back nights at Wembley Stadium on August 15 and 16. The journey will continue through Asia, with two stadium shows scheduled in Singapore on November 29 and 30—right around the projected album release window.

Meanwhile, member Rosé has added more spotlight to the group with record-breaking recognition.
