Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas all but confirmed their long-rumored romance over the weekend, stepping out hand-in-hand during a cozy getaway in Vermont. The pair were holding hands during a relaxed Sunday stroll, signaling that their relationship might be heating up.
Cruise kept his look casual, wearing a navy blue T-shirt, matching jeans, a cap, and white sneakers. Meanwhile, de Armas opted for high-waisted black jeans, a tucked-in white tee, black sneakers, and a laid-back ponytail.
Fans quickly lit up the internet with reactions. “Can we be happy for Tom and Ana? I think they look adorable,” one person wrote. Another joked, “He stays baggin the bad ones.” A third added, “I’m jealous of Tom Cruise lmao. Unbelievable. Good for him.”
Rumors Circulating For a While
Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas first sparked dating rumors in February after they took a Valentine’s Day helicopter ride together in London. At the time, both actors claimed their outings were strictly professional. However, sightings of them continued over the months, including a recent yacht day where de Armas was seen relaxing with Cruise.
The pair is preparing to film the supernatural thriller Deeper, which begins production in August.
Speaking to WWD in May, de Armas said, “Obviously, everyone knows I’m working with Tom Cruise. We’re working on something with Doug Liman and Christopher McQuarrie-those guys are unbelievable. It’s been an amazing process.”
She added, “Of course I’m doing crazy training. That’s just what happens when you work with Tom. He constantly raises the bar. It’s intense but so much fun. We’re not only training for Deeper, but also working on a few other things together.”
Whether it’s love or just on-set chemistry, Cruise and de Armas are certainly making headlines-and turning heads.
